    Creative People first partnered with Seed at the end of 2018, when the company was still a small startup and beginning to scale.

    The initial goal was to help grow the marketing organization and elevate the brand’s in-house talent. That work quickly expanded into a long-term, embedded partnership built alongside Seed’s internal talent team, co-founder Ara Katz, and company leadership.

    Over the last seven years, Creative People has made 34 placements across full-time and contractor roles. The work has spanned Seed’s brand and growth marketing teams, the growth of its in-house creative function, and key hires across digital product and executive leadership. Along the way, the team placed Seed’s Head of Digital Product and, most recently, its new CEO.
