Creative People partnered with DVx Ventures in 2020, shortly after launch, embedding into the newly formed venture studio to help build and develop the team.
Over the last six years, the scope has spanned organizational design, leadership transitions, and recruitment across both the DVx platform team and its portfolio companies. In total, Creative People has helped fill 38 roles, supporting the studio itself while also building teams around the businesses it launched.

One example was Loop, a DVx portfolio company, where Creative People partnered with the team to develop the org chart and build out the organization within 10 months.
The executive work was especially nuanced. Creative People hired multiple CEOs across DVx incubations, with every search shaped by a completely different brief depending on the product, industry, and stage of growth. Alongside executive search, the partnership also included contractor support for both the studio team and individual portfolio companies as needs evolved.
