The fastest way to land a role in today’s job market is to go straight to the people making the hiring decisions.

 Step 1: Search Smart on LinkedIn

1. Go to the LinkedIn search bar and type:

   hiring [your job title] — e.g., hiring social media

2. Under “posts”, filter by“past week”

   • Applying early increases your chances dramatically.

   • You’ll see posts from hiring managers actively hiring.

Step 2: Engage + Reach Out

Tip: Given the current job market, companies are hiring intentionally aka the chances of you getting an interview is if you: a) align with the role, company, mission and b) hit all of the requirements for the role

Once you find a job that feels like a good fit:
