Mackenzie co-leads the Freelance and Contract Division. Her team oversees all Marketing & Operations searches for their division, including: growth, brand, lifecycle, paid & organic media, content, analytics, project management, and brand strategy.
She has spent the last 10 years supporting people in the marketing and operations space looking for growth opportunities. I started as a student advisor for a commercial arts college and then, naturally, fell in love with creative recruitment for brands and agencies.
